Problem description:
The laser power is unstable in the same layer, which causes different depths of graphics in different positions in the same layer.
Reason:
1. The focus lens & reflector mirrors is dirty
Dirty lenses reduce the laser reflectivity of the lenses.
Solution:
Use cotton swabs and lens cleaning fluid to clean the focus lens and mirros.
Like below.
2. Water cooling problem
(1).The water outlet and water inlet of the water pipe are reversed, resulting in insufficient internal cooling of the laser tube.
Solution:
Re-connect the water pipes in the order indicated by the stickers.
(2).The water in the water chilelr is not added to the green water injection line, resulting in insufficient cooling cycle efficiency of the water chiller.
Solution:
Fill the water chiller with pure water until the water level reaches the green area of the water level line.
3. The laser beam path is not aligned
If the laser beam path is out of aligned, the laser hit on the blowing nozzle.
Solution:
Check and calibrate the beam path, like below.
4. The laser signal transmission problem
The OPTO-Isolator is faulty
If your laser power supply is installed an OPTO-Isolator , please remove it for testing first. Below picture is OPTO-Isolator.
Solution:
Remove the OPTO-Isolator and connect the all signal wires to laser power supply directly.

After removing the OPTO-Isolator , the wiring between the controller and the laser power supply is as follows:
Controller CN5 position————Laser power supply
PWM1————IN
L-ON1————TH or H
GND————G+WP or P (short connection)

5. Laser power supply problem
The laser power supply is structurally damaged, causing the output current to drop or become unstable.
Solution:
First,connect the signal wire of the laser power supply again,
Second,click 'Menu'>>'Max power' to set the power to 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 99% on LCD panel.
Then click the 'PULSE' button of the LCD panel.
Finally,record the current reading when the current is stable and send us the picture,we will judge whether the laser power supply is normal or not.
