When we use just the right power and speed to cut, there is no excessive charring of the cutting area.

As we reduce the cutting speed the charring of the cutting edges deepens.

As we increase the cutting power the charring of the cutting area also increases.

Our comparison shows that using too slow a speed and cutting at too high a power can result in more severe charring

This will be more pronounced on boards of about 5mm.

When cutting thick materials, we have to use low speed and high power which results in severe charring of the cut To reduce the effects of cutting charring

To reduce the effects of cutting charring

1. select the high volume blowing mode to cutting

Better results can be obtained by cutting with a higher pressure air compressor.

2.Select the right cutting speed and power, the faster the speed, the less the charring effect. When cutting twice results in a more severe charring effect

3. We can wipe the edges of the material to reduce the effects of charring.
